Cafe con Spice Rub
We use our dark roast coffee to create this flavorful, smoky blend to spice up your eats! Coffee is a natural tenderizer of protein, and vegan protein is no exception! We also love to use this on brussel sprouts, eggplant and zuccini, mushrooms and onions right before roasting them at 400 degrees with a little olive oil. Get a spicy kick with our Cafe con Chile or carmelize your creations with our Cafe con Dulce both contain cumin, garlic, onion, himalayan salt, black coarse pepper, cayenne pepper with mexican brown sugar blended into our Dulce blend.
